3 bagels, roughly chopped
4 whole eggs
2 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup full fat milk
¼ cup Lakanto Golden Sweetener
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup whipping cream
¼ cup Lakanto Icing Powder


1. Preheat a oven to 180c.

2. In a small bowl, combine the chopped bagels, Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener and the remaining wet and dry ingredients.

3. Next, using a heavy bottomed pan or tray, fill with the bagel mixture.

4. Allow the bread to soak up the egg mixture and then cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.

5. Serve immediately with cream, fresh berries and a dusting of Lakanto Icing Powder
