Escaping an Aussie winter just became cheaper.

Yep, Australians wanting to indulge in a European summer holiday to leave behind the chills of winter, can now do so at a more affordable price with popular rail pass Eurail announcing that they are slashing 10% off all Global and most One Country Passes.

The new sale creates endless travel possibilities for a European summer, from exploring the many hidden beaches, coves and coastlines in France or Italy; to visiting the never-ending mercados and markets in Spain; or making a quick journey to Paris or Amsterdam from London.

The latest discount will be on top of the existing permanently reduced prices for Eurail passes, including up to 37% off Global Passes, making it even cheaper for customers to travel around Europe. Discounted fares will be available for purchase between now and 9 April 2019 and valid for travel within 11 months of booking.

The sale applies to all Eurail Global Passes and most One Country Passes. However, the following One Country Passes are excluded: Scandinavia, Sweden, Norway and Finland. However, travellers can still travel across these destinations on a Eurail Global Pass.

With just one rail pass travellers of all ages have the ability to travel in and through up to 31 different European countries, and access extra benefits and discounts along their journey. Most recently, Eurail expanded the list of countries accessible via the Global Pass, with the addition of Great Britain, FYR Macedonia and Lithuania now included.
