The vintage feel of this exclusive space is inspired by and themed after Perrier Jouet’s exquisite signature Champagne Belle Époque – luxury exudes from every feature of the space from the lavish wooden furnishings, gold details and an abundance of florals. A versatile room, the PDR also features a large TV screen, impressive fireplace (perfect for winter), and an adjoining door to the luxurious Wynyard Terrace. Comfortably seating up to 28 guests on a grand, elongated table, the space can also be separated into two semi-private dining spaces for smaller groups with seating for up to 12 people. The menus on offer are jam-packed with flavour including The Banquet Menu, a 9-dish feast of delicious Mediterranean inspired shared plates.

A private rooftop space with three completely different menus? Don’t mind if I do! Perched at the top of The Old Rum Store in Chippendale, The Private Kitchen is a rare kind of space exclusive for private events with floor-to-ceiling windows as well as a large wrap-around balcony. Menus on offer include Italian, courtesy of Lino Sauro’s Olio; an American grill inspired menu from Stanley Wong at Eastside Grill; and Indochine from Mekong’s Tiw Rakarin.
