Stretched out on the corner of Moreland Road and Nicholson Street in Coburg is the newest pizzeria to hit Melbourne’s streets.

First look at the menu will definitely stretch the mind, but we can guarantee taste buds will soon be buzzing with the delightful array of flavours, textures and most importantly combinations found on each slice.

From that heart throbbing traditional meat lovers, to pho and even macaroni. Yes, all on pizza’s.

The three producers behind this mind-boggling pizza extraordinaire definitely know how to push the limits with their quirky yet incredibly delicious flavours – something that definitely resembles their characteristics and dreams.

Husband and wife duo Dario D’Agostino and Ly Nguyen teamed up with ex-banker turned pizza maker Joe Codespoti to create the legendary Stretched Pizza.

The name of the heavenly venue in Coburg was taken from the hand stretching technique used when creating an even, fluffy and delicious crust – something that not all pizzerias follow by. Apart from ditching the pin to make the dough, it’s more than just the crust that makes Stretched stand out from the crowd.

Did we mention the Un-Pho-Gettable flavour? Yes… Pho… On a pizza. Topped with marinated sirloin steak, sriracha sauce, hoisin and Vietnamese basil; you’ll be surprised by the heavenly taste and kick this beauty has first bite.
