Pana Organic Launches New 100% Dairy-Free ‘Mylk’ Chocolate

The life of a lactose-intolerant individual is an excruciatingly dull one.

Especially when it means snapping-off and indulging in mouthfuls of the world’s favourite sweet treat – chocolate – isn’t an option. We know from unfortunate first-hand experience. But years of longing for seriously creamy and decadent chocolate have come to a close, thanks to Pana Organic’s launch of Mylk – a new chocolate range that’s 100% dairy-free. Made with 100% plant-based organic alternatives, the chocolate tastes light, velvety and deliciously creamy, far from those soy or cashew substitutes that have taken over the market. The three new Mylk flavours combine the finest organic and sustainable ingredients and are free of gluten, soy, preservatives and refined sugar. It’s a clear win-win chocolate situation. The original Mylk bar mixes light and velvety chocolate with rich coconut milk. Or for something more creative, the Mylk Coconut Rough is flaked with delicate coconut for a little more texture, and Mylk Almond is mixed with nutty almonds for a little more crunch.

Founder of Pana Organic, Pana Barbounis, is thrilled with the result. “It took us over two years to create the perfect Mylk chocolate as we scoured the globe to find the finest organic and sustainable ingredients, and to perfect the flavour and texture.”

Pana Organic – Mylk Range in 45g and 80g block sizes. Image supplied.

The original Mylk chocolate comes in the standard 45g bar and a brand new 80g block while the Mylk Coconut Rough and Mylk Almond flavours come in generous (well, definitely generous for vegan, gluten-, soy- and dairy-free chocolate) 80g blocks.

The full Pana Organic Mylk range is made in Victoria, Australia and available nationally and online from Monday 12 October, for $6.90 per 45g block and $9.90 for an 80g block.
