“We deserve the brunch we think we deserve.” – John Green + someone witty on Instagram.
Brunch/lunch, and furthermore bottomless brunch/lunch, is, in our humble opinion, a privilege to experience and attend. Yes, we love to brunch and to lunch. Yes, we would like to have two hours of unlimited mimosas, because sometimes we have to treat ourselves, and there are many establishments out there that are happy to oblige.
Baby Coffee Co
Baby Coffee Co is a place that was created for real friends, good vibes and great coffee. This really is a place where you can bask in the aesthetic, as they have added baby pink flourishes to the chairs, the menus and even the food. Now that we mention it, the food is pretty great, too, our favourite being the Cinnamon Hotcakes and the Eggs on Toast (pictured).
SoCal is offering up a bottomless rosé lunch – and we are very excited. SoCal’s founders travelled to California and knew they wanted to create a restaurant that evoked the laid back, Southern Californian surf vibe and theme. The new offer includes rosé and rosé sangria with a delicious banquet lunch, from which we highly recommend the Ocean Trout Ceviche.
The Royal Hotel
As The Royal Hotel like to put it, “bottomless brunching is better than lunching.” For $85 per person, The Royal Hotel will provide you with your brunching #goals and a little taste of New York. The cost covers a three-course brunch and endless cocktails, which include mimosas, spritzes and brekkie sangria. For the food, our pick is the zucchini and corn cake with streaky bacon, wild mushrooms and poached eggs.
On the weekends in the Champagne Room at The Winery in Surry Hills, there is an offer that is too hard to pass up. Bottomless Bellinis paired with a three-course menu for $79 per person, with the likes of mini burgers and sweet potato fries.
Dead Ringer, also in Surry Hills, is serving major brunch vibes every Saturday and Sunday with a dash of bottomless mimosa spritzes on the side. From traditional breakfast items like omelettes and house-made pastries to more lunch-inspired dishes like blood sausage, seafood, salads and sensational tarts.
The Squire's Landing
Every Sunday from 12pm-4pm, James Squire is participating in the bottomless lunch craze – and we’re not complaining. Two hours of free-flowing bubbles and two-courses from their outstanding menu in the upstairs restaurant, which range from Riverine premium rib fillet to the local seafood hotpot.
Thirty-six levels above the Rocks sits Altitude, which for the first time is opening its doors to provide boozy brunches for all. Pancakes, egg dishes, seafood and desserts are but a few of the delights on offer and priced at $105 per person for a free flow of Chandon, they won’t be able to keep us away.
Weekend boozy lunches are on at Bar Patrón! For $99 per person (which includes two hours of bubbles and a Patrón Silver margarita), you will get a share menu style of pounded guacamole and salsas, a selection of tacos, your choice of mains and then finish off with the two most popular desserts, polvorones and tres leches cake. Available every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm-3pm.
Nomad invites you to while away your Saturday afternoon with glasses of rosé and a Nomad lunch feast. For $75 per person, enjoy the lunch and bottomless rosé from 12pm. Our pick of the food is the BBQ Spatchcock with harissa, toum and guindilla.
Bopp & Tone
Bopp & Tone present Soul Saturdays, in which you are invited to bop (pun intended) the day away to live soul music while consuming a delicious six-course shared menu and two hours of bottomless drinks. At $88 per person, Bopp & Tone are set to be the funkiest lunch venue in town.
If you would like bottomless champagne with a side of luxury, the Botanica Vaucluse has got you covered. A beautiful venue sets the tone for an unforgettable bottomless lunch, which includes a luxe four course tasting menu and champagne. We recommend the Pan Roast Barramundi with fennel, green apple and skordalia. The meals are served with artisan bread and their famous chips, which all for $120 per person sounds good to us.
