Love whisky? Then you’ll love these rye and bourbon cocktail recipes by The Wiseman whiskey.

A good whisky is the key to a good home bar. And when we think of the home of whisky, Kentucky comes to mind. The state which is also known as the capital of bourbon, is the birthplace of The Wiseman.

Scoring consecutive double gold awards in 2022 and 2023 for their bourbon, The Wiseman team also secured a gold award in 2022 for their rye at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. But, eagerly awaiting down under, the true achievement is the arrival of both their Kentucky Owl Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Kentucky Owl Straight Bourbon Whiskey on Australian shelves.

Both are meticulously crafted, with Wiseman’s Bourbon featuring a delicate sprinkle of citrus and subtle hint of oak. Despite this drop featuring sweet caramel aromas and a warming allspice lift, The Wiseman Rye is unrivalled with rich and spicy notes, with aromas of buttered fresh rye bread with cinnamon.

Of course, we believe that there’s no better way to enjoy the two drops other than in a tippled concoction. So whether you’re hosting an event, shaking up for happy hour or just wanting something new, be sure to try these two The Wiseman whiskey cocktail recipes this weekend!
