The Lark Steak & Whisky Masterclass is complete with a delivered goodies box filled with Lark’s new blended malt whisky Symphony No1, a premium Cape Grim scotch cut steak and the accompaniments needed to smoke your steak to perfection, including Tasmanian highland peat from Lark’s own peat bog, Tasman sea salt and woodchips cut from Lark’s own ex-whisky casks.
