Sydneysiders, your frozé desires have been filled thanks to Untied’s ‘Frozé Your Way’ summer pop up in the heart of Barangaroo.
The self-service Frozé Bar offers you the choice of six refreshingly fruity frosé flavours, allowing you to experiment and garnish your own icy serve with an unlimited number of nostalgic sweets and dried fruits from the showstopping DIY Garnish Wall.
Pick from Strawberry Frozé, Peach Friezling, Kiwi Melon Blanc, Watermelon Frozé, Passion PineappleBlanc and Fraperol at the Frozé Bar, with each drink priced at $12 or $7 during the Frozé Happy Hour, 4-6pm daily. If you’re looking to unwind as the sun goes down on Sydney’s Harbour, opt for a two-hour bottomless session from Thursday-Sunday for $39pp.
Adding a sweeter touch to the Frozé serves, the DIY Garnish Wall offers endless amounts of toppings including gummy bears, rainbow straps, sour gummy worms as well as fresh berries and dehydrated summer fruits.
Untied’s experienced bar team will be on hand to inspire creativity and offer advice on the best ‘mix and match’ flavour pairings, like the Peach Friezling with gummy bears and rainbow straps or Fraperol topped with fresh strawberries and sour gummy worms.
While sipping away on the new Frozés, you can feast on Untied’s fresh new summer menu offering light and tasty dishes to share amongst your friends. Must-try dishes include the Loaded Prawn Crackers, DIY Taco Party Plater, Sashimi Plate and Tropical Fish Burger. Diners already enjoying Untied’s ‘Brunch With Soul’ and ‘Vegan Bottomless Brunch’ offerings will also have unlimited access to the Frozé bar included in their packages.
