Smooth Festival of Chocolate

The festival returns for the fourth year to celebrate over indulgence in the one thing we can’t resist – chocolate. Stalls including Lindt, Callebaut, Knebel Kitchens alongside many more will provide a expansive range of desserts, beverages and sculptures. The weekend event is family friendly for all ages, but expect a crowd, especially at Black Star Pastry and Gelato Messina.

Dumpling Degustation

The legendary Din Tai Fung at World Square is hosting a heavenly 18-course dumpling degustation. Expect everything on the menu from xiao long bao, truffle dumplings and peking duck spring rolls, to mouth watering chocolate banana dumplings for dessert.

Craft Beer and Curry Series at Mekong

Mekong on Kensington Street has launched its Craft Beer and Curry Series – a monthly event combining craft beers from some of Sydney’s leading breweries. Each night will boast a five-course sharing menu featuring three curries with the brewer there on the night to chat through the selected beers. Next up is Thai and Young Henrys.

Sculpture at Barangaroo

Sculpture at Barangaroo has returned for another year in partnership with Sculpture by the Sea. This all ages exhibition will showcase artworks from nine established and emerging Australian artists, and feature five new works which have been created specifically for the exhibition. Though the park is open 24 hours, visitors are encouraged to enjoy the 14 artworks during the day.

Dog Lovers Unite

The Sydney Dog Lovers Show has arrived for another year so dog lovers can enjoy the company of some talented canines. The show will include working, military, assistance and therapy dogs all showing off their skills and abilities. Sculpture in the Gaol

Yep, you read that right. Trial Bay Gaol, located in South West Rocks, approximately a 5-hour drive from Sydney will be hosting a memorable exhibition showcasing a range of sculptures. Guests will also have the chance to learn about the gaol’s history and hidden secrets. There will be live entertainment, local stalls, delicious food and an array of information.

My Fair Lady

Directed by Julie Andrews, the My Fair Lady musical entails a physical and verbal difference between characters in society. Based off the 1914 novel, Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw and later the 1964 film My Fair Lady starring Audrey Hepburn, this is one not to miss.
