Sydney Opera House is offering an exclusive food-based tour for the first time in history. Running for four hours, you’ll be escorted by your own guide to a cocktail class at the Opera Bar where you’ll indulge in delicacies from the Matt Moran influenced RAW bar and the Meat & Cheese Room. You’ll then move to the Opera Kitchen for a Japanese sushi and sashimi-making masterclass so you can learn all the tricks of the trade from sashimi slicing to sushi rolling.

Next on the agenda you’ll be treated to a stunning Portside Sydney lunch where one of the esteemed chefs will take you through the explanations and inspirations behind Chef Lauren Murdoch the menu. Your meal will also be accompanied by the finest in Australian wines.

To wrap up this fantastic culinary tour, bask in the sails of Peter Gilmore’s signature dessert and a theatrical cocktail at Bennelong restaurant.
