Keen to learn how to make restaurant quality dishes? Come this April 2023, Chin Chin’s Cooking with Cooper classes are back!

When we think of Chin Chin in Melbourne or Sydney, we think of an overall good time. Great cocktails, a lively atmosphere and, not to forget, mouth-watering dishes that always seem to pull in a crowd no matter the age.

Thankfully, if you’re looking for something exciting and hands-on to do this April 2023, Chin Chin will be relaunching their previously sold-out Cooking with Cooper classes. It’s the ultimate foodie experience for cooking enthusiasts in Melbourne and Sydney, letting you partake in a private culinary class.

Led by executive chef Ben Cooper, Vego Cooking with Cooper will have you rolling up your sleeves and throwing on an apron to learn how to create Chin Chin’s most famed dishes.

Over the three hours you’ll learn how to master vegetarian Thai classics such as Honeydew Melon “Sashimi” with Green Nahm Jim and Smokey Eggplant Nahm Prik to name a few. Plus, before you leave, guests will be able to enjoy the fruits of their labour with an epic Feed Me Menu.

Priced at $145 per person, you’ll be fed, taught, and overall enlightened by this interactive cooking experience to then practice at home. Or, if you’re like us, you’ll just book yourself in for another visit to Chin Chin to let them do all of the hard work!
