Australian ice-cream-lovers, get a scoop of this…

Move over fried ice cream – there’s a new player in town.

For those of us who ALWAYS have room for dessert (who doesn’t?) or simply love a scoop or three of their favourite ice cream – rejoice, as the legends behind Ben & Jerry’s have done it again.

We happily introduce you to Ben & Jerry’s newest menu item: The Impossible to Eat Burger, which after tedious (and tasty) testing will be unleashed across Australian and New Zealand stores on the 15th of June 2020,  in the hopes to deliver euphoric highs for the sweet-tooth burger fanatics and simple ice-cream adorers.

Forget the beetroot, egg and secret sauce, The Impossible to Eat Burger by Ben & Jerry’s will have a LOT more than you could have ever anticipated.

So, what is it?

Nestled ever so seamlessly between two brioche buns, ice-cream-burger-lovers will find a delectable spread of Biscoff and two crunchy red and green waffle pieces to resemble lettuce and tomato. Next, choose your meat pattie from one of Ben & Jerry’s famous ice-cream flavours (if you just can’t pick, we recommend either Phish Food, Netflix & Chill’d or Chocolate Fudge Brownie). It’s then topped with a secret hot fudge or caramel sauce.

So what else do you need to know about this new creation? Well, The Impossible to Eat Burger is available for a limited time only in select stores across the country and available for home delivery via UberEats.

And, to keep you on your toes, Ben & Jerry’s The Impossible to Eat Burger is the first in a series of special creations inspired by some of Australia’s fast foods in the coming months. Simply head to your local Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Store, Facebook and Instagram pages to see what unique ice cream creation will be next.

If you want to make the impossible possible or you simply like to set yourself a delicious challenge, then run  (don’t walk) as you do not want to miss out on this mighty burger stack.
