Tucked away in Darling Square is express style pasta shop Spago, one of the best places for truffles in Sydney. Serving up fresh, affordable pasta that tastes just as good as Nonna’s, their truffle menu is no exception this year. Think Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe with fresh truffle ($35), Criss Cut Potato Chips with crispy bacon, truffle oil and fresh truffle ($24) and, our personal favourite, the Homemade Classic Tiramisu with fresh truffle ($25). Of course, if you don’t want to overload on the famed truffle, you can also opt for a build-your-own-bowl pasta.
