Ingredients:

1 part Pampelle
Top with tonic water

Method:

1. Build over ice into a tall glass
2. Garnish with a slice of ruby red grapefruit

Ingredients:

2 parts Pampelle
3 parts De Bortoli Prosseco
1 part soda water

Method:

1. Add plenty of ice to a large wine glass
2. Pour in the measured ingredients and lightly stir
3. Garnish with a wedge of ruby red Grapefruit
