Chin Chin Sydney has answered all of our Weekend Yum Cha prayers.

Just in time for Chinese New Year, the refreshed South-East Asian inspired feast will be hosted in Gogo Bar, accompanied by disco tunes, DJ’s and, hopefully, your mates.

For only $39.50pp you’ll be able to jump out of bed on Saturday and Sunday with a strong sense of purpose – to eat delicious bites and indulge in premium Yum Cha. The Weekend Yum Cha menu includes a refined selection of dumplings and yum cha crowd favourites. To start, crunch into prawn spring rolls and fried squid with nahm jim talay. Then, move onto the mud crab dumplings with roasted chilli sauce, scallop and prawn shumai with green curry sauce and prawn and chive dumplings with hellfire chilli oil. On the side, dip into stir-fried gai lan with oyster sauce and mushroom fried rice.

Are you a dumpling fan? Then we’ve got great news for you. For an extra $13.50, you can add on an extra serve of dumplings, to ensure you’re full up to the brim.

Kicking off Australia Day weekend and running each weekend through February, this is not an event to miss.
