Iconic Australian activewear brand Lorna Jane, introduced their very own free Active Living Program that’s available to any Australian with access to a computer or smartphone.

Launching earlier this month, Lorna Jane’s online shop transformed into a platform where customers can purchase the stylish active wear, but also have free access to professional health and fitness information.

The Active Living Program aims to educate, inspire and motivate women and men who inspire to improve their overall health and well-being.

No gym memberships, personal trainers, 8-week challenges or life coaches – just Lorna Jane – free of charge.

It’s as simple as Move, Nourish and Believe.

Subscribers have a wide selection of daily workouts and guides, nourishing meal plans and recipes, plus practices of self-love and belief.

Lorna Jane understands that we’re all human and our standard day is filled with work commitments, family and of course a bit of a binge – that’s why the program is flexible and has been created for the average Australian.

Some of the free recipes available include mango and lychee smoothie bowl, coconut chia tarts, fish and chips, kombucha cocktails plus many more!
