Bistecca
Bistecca, a hidden Tuscan-style restaurant lying beneath Sydney’s CBD, certainly knows a few things when it comes to steak. Despite having only one steak dish on the menu, the Bistecca all Fiorentina ($18 per 100grams), guests can choose from a delicious assortment of sides to accompany their main. Think Bone Marrow with parmesan crust, Broccolini with roast tomato yoghurt and, our personal favourite, the Roast Potato with capers and pecorino. With an open kitchen located in the heart of the dining room, Bistecca is famed for cooking their steak over a charcoal fire served medium rare.
