Hunter and Bligh Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter of the 2020 Q3 #TreatYourself prize draw is Hunter & Bligh Media Pty Ltd ABN 46 63 617 918 733
  2. To enter the prize draw, the participant must sign-up to the competition via email registration through one of the Hunter and Bligh’s registration pages, which can be accessed via email, website, partner sites, articles, social media and alternative advertising. At the time of registration, the participant must supply a valid email address, full name, postcode and date of birth to validate that they are over 18 years of age, which is a legal requirement. All other profile questions listed on the signup and/or preferences pages are not mandatory, however, are asked and recorded so that Hunter and Bligh and can gain a clearer insight into their email audience and view of the Australian population. These insights are used to shape future content, offers, prize draws and rewards. Existing Hunter and Bligh members will automatically be entered into the prize draw

By entering the competition, you are consenting to join Hunter and Bligh’s digital communities and email communications to receive further opportunities to earn extra entries to win, promotional offers, products and services until you opt-out. Participants may unsubscribe at any time, however, once unsubscribed they will forfeit their chance to win this prize draw.
  4. Hunter and Bligh has strict data and privacy policies: Hunter & Bligh’s privacy policy can be found here. The entrant’s private information will NOT be on-sold or distributed to other parties unless clearly stipulated to the member. Only Hunter and Bligh will have access to the entrant’s registration data set, as well as an opt-in timestamp, IP Address and sign-up source.
  5. The competition commences 12:01 am 01 July 2020 and closes 11.59 pm 30 September 2020. There will be THREE giveaway draws during this time. The first period will commence 12:01 am 01 July 2020 and close 11:59 pm 31 July 2020. The second will commence 12:01 am 01 August 2020 and close 11:59pm 31 August 2020. The third will commence 12:01 am 01 September 2020 and close 11:59 pm 30 September 2020.
  6. Participants may enter once via email registration, however, will have the opportunity to earn multiple entries in the draw once a registered member by completing surveys, polls and participating in other activities, such as interviews, mystery shopping or focus group campaigns. Sign-up will register entry into the prize draw of that month, as well as future draws in the quarter, as long as the entrant is still a subscribed member.
  7. Respondents must be over 18 years and residing permanently in Australia.
  8. There is one (1) major prize to the value of $1,000 AUD and two (2) runners up prizes to the value of $250 AUD each for EACH MONTH. The total prize draw value is $1,500 AUD for EACH MONTH. Across the three month campaign, there will be three (3) major prize winners and six (6) runners up.
  9. The major prizes include a $1000 pre-paid EFTPOS gift card/ GiftPay Gift Card or chosen voucher at the discretion of the winner (based on options provided by Hunter and Bligh Media). The voucher will be paid for and arranged by Hunter & Bligh Media Pty Ltd. Examples of the $1000 vouchers include dining, pamper, travel, fashion, grocery and food delivery vouchers. The runners up vouchers will be in the form of an online gift card where recipients can choose where they’d like to spend the voucher.

  11. Prize cannot be converted for cash, sold or auctioned.
  12. The winner will be drawn at 10:00 a.m on:

    at Hunter and Bligh, Suite 7, Level 9, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney 2000 and will be randomly selected via computer.
  13. The winners will be notified by email on:

    September Winners: 08 October 2020; 
    and will be displayed on the Hunter and Bligh website, social media channels and via phone (if their number has been provided).
  15. If the prizes are unclaimed by 5 pm:
    July winners: 04 November 2020;
    August Winners: 04 December 2020;
    September Winners: 08 January 2021
  16. The winners will be redrawn at Hunter and Bligh, Suite 7, Level 9, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney 2000 at 10:00 am on:
    July winners: 05 November 2020;
    August Winners: 05 December 2020;
    September Winners: 09 January 2021
    and will be randomly selected via computer.
  17. The winner of the redraw will be notified by email and phone (if number provided) on:

    and displayed on the Hunter and Bligh website and social channels.
