Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoters are CoreData Pty Ltd ABN 46 111 644 243 AND Hunter & Bligh Media PTY LTD ACN: 617918733
  2. Competition dates are from 12:01am 01 December 2019 and close at 12:01am 14 December 2019
  3. Respondents must be over 18 years and residing permanently in Australia.
  4. Only valid survey responses from  https://members.hunterandbligh.com.au/christmas-giveaway#home or https://survey.hunterandbligh.com.au/launch/christmasday or www.hunterandbligh.com.au will be eligible for entry into the CoreData + Hunter and Bligh prize draws. For each survey, respondents must complete all required fields to enter the competition.
  5. There are prizes with a total prize value up to $6,000AUD. Prizes will vary in value and will be listed on the website. Examples of prizes include gift cards priced at $200AUD, gift hampers, alcohol, headphones etc. There will be a minimum of 12 individual prizes to be won.
  6. To enter the prize draw, the participant must sign-up to the competition via email registration through one of the Hunter and Bligh’s co-sponsored registration pages, which can be accessed via email, website, partner sites, articles, social media and alternative advertising.  At the time of registration, the participant must supply a valid email address, full name, postcode and date of birth to validate that they are over 18 years of age, which is a legal requirement. All other profile questions listed on the signup and/or preferences pages are not mandatory, however, are asked and recorded so that Hunter and Bligh can gain a clearer insight into their email audience and view of the Australian population. These insights are used to shape future content, offers, prize draws and rewards.
  7. By entering the competition, members are consenting to join both Hunter and Bligh’s and GOLD LISTED brand partners’ (four – Sennheiser, Ovolo Hotels, Gingle Bells Gin and THE ICONIC) as well as Silver Sponsor (One – McWilliams Wines) digital communities and email communications to receive further opportunities to earn extra entries to win, promotional offers, products and services until you opt-out. Participants may unsubscribe at any time, however, once unsubscribed they will forfeit their chance to win this prize draw. If the participant wishes to unsubscribe, they must unsubscribe separately from Hunter and Bligh’s mailing list as well as the individual Gold Sponsor + Silver Sponsor partners’ lists. Unsubscribing from one mailing list does not unsubscribe members from all.
  8. The 13 Days of Christmas campaign will open 12:01am 01 December. There will be 13 days of dedicated draws. Each giveaway will launch at 12:01am and close at 12:01am the following day.  All draws will take place at 10:00am on the specified dates listed below throughout December 2019 at Suite 7, Level 9, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

  9. The drawn winner must still be a registered member of Hunter and Bligh to be a valid winner.
  10. The winners will be notified by email and phone (if phone number has been provided) and published on Hunter and Bligh’s website and social platforms.
  11. If the prize is unclaimed by 5:00pm 03 February 2020 the winner will be redrawn at 10:00am 04 February 2020 at Suite 7, Level 9, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney 2000.
  12. Winners of the redraw will be notified by email and phone (if phone number has been provided) and published on Hunter and Bligh’s websites and social platforms at the time of the draw.
  13. Subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Authorized under NSW Permit No LTPS/19/40084.
  14. If you are a winner of the 13 Days of Christmas there is no guarantee that prizes will arrive before 25/12/19, however, Hunter and Bligh will seek to deliver gifts as soon as possible.
  15. Prizes are not guaranteed to appear exactly as showcased in imagery, specifically in the case of items selling out and sponsors no longer having stock. If that were to happen, the winner will still be compensated with prize winnings valued at the showcased prize price point.
  16. Prizes can not be converted for cash, returned or exchanged in any way.
  17. Once the item has been shipped or posted from Hunter and Bligh or a sponsor, both Hunter and Bligh and the sponsor hold no responsibility for delivery times, lost, broken or stolen packages. Hunter and Bligh will endeavour to ensure all parcels arrive safely by; using tracking on deliveries where possible, confirm correct delivery addresses, utilise correct wrapping and packaging to protect prizes.
  18.  If you win an alcohol-based gift you will need to provide proof of identity disclosing age to ensure you are over 18 years. This may be in the form of scanning a driver’s license, passport or other official government ID.
  19. All data and entry information that is collected and stored securely in Australia by Hunter and Bligh. Email opt-in, which includes name, email address, IP address and timestamp will be shared with the listed 4x GOLD brand sponsors (Ovolo Hotels, Sennheiser, THE ICONIC and Gingle Bells Gin) and 1X Silver Sponsor (McWilliams Wines).
