5. Ngeringa Uncultured Petillant Naturel

The natural wine movement is not going away anytime soon and Ngeringa are true leaders in this winemaking philosophy and their wines are striking. Pétillant Naturel (Pet Nat) is essentially the original ancient champagne – sparkling wine made without the addition of extra yeasts or sugars. This wine is a combination of five varieties from the Adelaide Hills. It is pink, cloudy and little fizzy. Bright orange, raspberry, strawberry and grapefruit flavours come at you in spades. It is different, delicious and when it is done, you will be wanting more.
