Want to spend some more time with your doggo?

Well there’s a whole bunch of places you can explore with your four-legged friend. From Puppacino’s to pubs and even hikes, there’s something you and your little (or big companion) can enjoy.


Kurnell Dog Beach

Enjoy the serenity of the small waves crashing on the shore while being surrounded by handfuls of dogs running around on the sand. Kurnell Dog Beach is a secluded area for you and your dog to socialise, and is a great spot for a walk, swim or to laze around in the sun.

Rowland Reserve

Everything you need for a fun day out with the family can be found at Rowland Reserve. On offer is a boat ramp with boating facilities, plus tables and chairs and of course a dog exercise area, all with the beautiful view of the bay! Rowland Reserve is also close to public transport, so there is a doggie day sorted!

Café Bones

Café Bones is the go-to destination for you and your hairy companion. It’s a great location for both of you to relax and enjoy a coffee – yep, even your little pup can grab a Pupaccino after walk. The Café offers beverages and food for you and your dog as well as a range of gourmet dog biscuits.

Queens Park Shed

Bring the whole family along to Queens Park Shed, and that includes your your barking, furry companion. The café is located across from a playground, and you can expect a relaxed meal at this rustic, outdoor venue. With an all day breakfast menu, plus lunch, you’ll be itching to go back.

The Platypus Track

The Platypus Track is approximately a 40-minute drive from Sydney’s CBD. It offers a wide range of native plants and animals for you and your pooch to enjoy. Although the path is rocky, it’s recommended for the whole family, just as long as dogs are kept on a leash.

Where: Bidjigal Reserve, Baulkham Hills

She-Oak Crossing

She-Oak crossing offers dog owners and their leashed pet to walk through the rock faces and tumbled boulders in the hidden gorge. You might even spot some birds, jumping fish in the rock pools and even a waterfall. Don’t forget to bring poo bags so you can keep this beautiful space clean!

Alexandria Park

Alexandria Park lets you and your dog choose the vibe.. Whether it’s playing fetch in the large fenced oval area or sitting under a large tree for a little nap. There are bubblers, shelters and a fenced off children’s park to enjoy here too. The oval is an off leash area at all times.

Harry Noble Reserve

Harry Noble Reserve is a fenced playground with soft grass perfect for a picnic and a run around with you and your wet-nosed soul mate. Feel free to visit the dog friendly dog park day or night. Just remember that dogs are only prohibited from the playground area.

Fratelli Fresh

Participating Fratelli Fresh restaurants has introduced Yappy Hour! Every Sunday from 3pm – 5pm you can bring along your pooch as you both enjoy a relaxing afternoon with $5 wine and beer (yes please). During Yappy Hour, $1 from every drink sold will be donated to Furry Friends Forever Rescue.
