On offer for the evening will be a decadent menu of Yarra Valley Salmon Roe Tartlet, Kangaroo with Black Ginger and Finger Lime; dressed Fraser Island Spanner Crab with flatbread and prawn butter and three unique desserts to end the evening.

The Langham Hotel offers a whole range of romantic options, from dinner at their restaurant Melba to treatments-for-two at their spa and luxurious hotel rooms. But, it’s the Afternoon High Tea at the Aria Bar & Lounge which has caught our eye this Valentine’s. Guests can be treated to a decadent tin of black pearl Siberian Caviar, as well as platters laden with lobster, prawns, salmon and oysters. Veuve Cliquot will be served chilled to wash it down and decadent heart-shaped Glenmorangie Nectar d’Or whisky chocolate love cake with wild morello cherries to top it all off.

On the menu will be delights such as oysters, Cured Kingfish, Rigatoni a La Bolognese and a Chocolate Crostata Dolci to finish. You’ll be able to wash it all down with a glass of crisp prosecco, ensuring it’s a real celebration.

Bomba are taking your Valentine’s all the way to Spain with a four-course affair serving up Baked Barramundi and heirloom tomato with pickled shallots; Crispy Skin Pork Belly and smoked zucchini with goats curd; and naturally, a chocolatey dessert to finish. Spend your Valentine’s Day perched high above the bustle of Bourke Street in the romantic Pinchy’s Champagne and Lobster Bar. Along with the usual fare, upon arrival, for all online bookings guests will be treated to a complimentary cocktail, Pinchy’s Frenchy, a strawberry and rhubarb concoction – the perfect way to mark the occasion.
