Canberra, we present to you Night Noodle Markets – returning for it’s sixth sensational year. Over the 11 nights, food lovers will flock to test out the extensive range of offerings part of this bustling Asian street food festival – going cashless once more. Welcoming foodies, families and even furbaby’s, visitors will have over 20 sweet and savoury pop-up stallholders to choose from.

Looking for an exotic fusion of Japanese meets Mexican? We point you in the direction of one of our Night Noodle Markets Canberra favourites, Donburi Station. This year, Gelato Messina will have five featured items on their menu including Coco Phangan, Phucket Bucket, Bangkok Banana and Eye of the Thai-ger which is a thai milk cheesecake sandwiched between tea sponge and dipped in Italian meringue and desiccated coconut.
If you love chicken then you’ll love Korbq. Blessing the mouths of Canberrians this Good Food Month, come to Reconciliation Place’s Night Noodle Markets and your taste buds will be tingling at the sight of these marvelous creations. Think succulent deep-fried Korean chicken coated in a fluffy sandwich of fresh waffles or served with a side of fresh Asian-inspired salad and rice. Korbq is everything chicken and more. For an extra crunch to your Night Noodle Market experience, be sure to get a side of Korbq’s salted, crunchy Chicken Skin Crackling.
Poklol x Puffle
When two of Australia’s favourite, most craziest and by far the tastiest food stalls collaborate, you know it’s going to be good. Throughout the duration of Canberra’s Night Noodle Markets Poklol have teamed up with Puffle to create a menu that will have you popping to go back. With five puffles to choose from, the store will also be serving up Korean BBQ Tacos with a choice of bulgogi beef, chilli chicken or KFC featured with a side of slaw and sriracha mayo.
Forget Superman and Superwoman. The only thing that will be SUPER at Canberra’s Night Noodle Markets is Super Bao. Hailing from the streets of Canberra, come to Good Food Month and they’ll be taking over Reconciliation Place with their pop-up. Leaders in mouthwatering baos and more, over 11 nights Super Bao will have an eclectic selection of creations available including their renowned Pork Belly Bao, the Teriyaki Tofu and Sichuan Fried Chicken Bao-ger as well as Popcorn Chicken which is perfect to pop into your mouth as you que for more delicious eats.
