Focusing on diversity, homegrown and experimental themes, this year guests be taken on a once in a lifetime culinary journey.

An Evening with Marco Pierre White
Start off your experience at Melbourne’s Good Food Month with two culinary legends – Marco Pierre White and Phil Wood. On Wednesday 5 June, Marco and Phil will be hosting their very own four-course dinner at Canvas House. Here, guests will be able to enjoy some of Marco’s award-winning dishes that are recreated for the night all paired with matching wines and beer. Don’t forget to bring along your copy of White Heat for Marco to sign.
Ciao from Osteria Marco! This Good Food Month, Melbournites will be able to divulge in an Italian culinary experience like no other. For one night only on Thursday 6 June, guests will be accompanied by Marco Pierre White and renowned chefs Andreas Papadakis and Joel Valvasori-Pereza – both of which are leaders of the kitchens at two of Australia’s Top 100 Restaurants, each with a chef’s hat. Enjoy four courses of some of the country’s best Italian – all paired with matching wine.
The New Vanguard
Melbourne, this is an event not to miss this Good Food Month. Led by chefs Matt Stone (Oakridge) and Paul Iskov (Fervor) – both legends to say the least. Matt and Paul’s combined knowledge, experience and foraging environmentalist lifestyles are the remedy for success with The New Vanguard’s event this Good Food Month. Guests can expect a four-course dinner that’s accredited to locally sourced, fresh resources accredited to nearby gardens, dairy’s and farms.
Melbournites, put on your Sunday best as you head to Canvas House for a traditional Sunday roast lunch accompanied by Marco Pierre White and one of Melbourne’s very own, Andrew McConnell. Good Food Month’s Sunday Best will be a celebration of friends, family and most importantly, food. With the help of the Cutler & Co. team, the day will see guests served several courses of a hearty, family-style Sunday roast all accompanied by matching wines.
Adam Liaw’s Chinese
For one night only at Good Food Month’s Restaurant, Canvas House, television host of Destination Flavour and author of five cookbooks, Adam Liaw will be showcasing a cultural and culinary journey for guests. Through the four courses on the evening, Adam will be presenting contemporary Cantonese and Sichuan dishes all designed to fulfil taste buds. Paired with matching wines, throughout the night Adam will also share stories that inspired the dishes created.
