With Vivid 2018 well and truly underway, here at HB we know it’s not all about the lights. A strategic eating and drinking plan is as important as a walking plan, and luckily this year Milk’n’Sugar has returned to make all your sweet dreams come true.
Ideally located in the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay, Milk’n’Sugar will be running from the 8th to the 10th of June and will be showcasing some of Sydney’s finest desserts, bringing together dessert enthusiasts, crazy sweet-toothers and foodies alike.
This years lineup includes Fluffy Crunch’s Flurrito, featuring scoops of ice-cream topped with Froot Loops, rolled up in a fairy floss ‘burrito’. Also on the menu is Koi Dessert Bar’s bean mandarin mousse with a brownie base, hand dipped chocolate cheesecake on a stick from Bianco Kitchen; crunchy golden churro burger from Bar Coco, light up doughnut ice-cream cones from Hungary Bites and dessert arancini balls from Arancini Guy.
The menu also offers mouth-watering desserts from Donut Papi, Torch Me Brulee, Diego’s Donuts, Khao San, Brooklyn Boys Bagels and Stroop Brothers.
“We are excited to provide Sydney with an opportunity to experience the best desserts on offer in Sydney,” says Yudi Loefti, Event Director. “This year is set to be Australia’s largest event of its type for such diverse sweets and dessert entrepreneurs to express their artistries. Milk’n’Sugar is an opportunity for revelers to touch, see and taste the most photogenic and tastiest desserts in town, something that they would normally drool over on social media.”
With $2 admission, you know where we’ll be this weekend…
