Western Sydney, the Butcher’s here.

Six years on from when their first sizzling idea, Sydney’s most loved meat-praising, quality-driven establishment is expanding from their Wahroonga and Barangaroo venues to test the west with their newest prodigy hailing less than 40-minutes from Sydney’s CBD in Granville.

Opening in early September this year, The Butcher’s Block Group has expanded from Sydney’s east and ventured to South Street Granville to serve as the newest casual meets fine dining restaurant. After a million-dollar renovation that’s found a touch away from Granville Station, their newest location is described as the perfect entertainment hub suitable for all occasions. It is adorned with heavy wood furnishings, rough-textured brick walls and splashed with soft relaxing colours creating the ultimate dining experience. The real showstopper, of course, is the food.

Known for their passion for organic and locally sourced produce, the Granville restaurant pays tribute to its local community by sourcing halal approved meats thanks to a partnership with a local supplier. But if you think that quality-driven, mouthwatering meals were comprised, think again.

Led by head chef Manfred who’s worked behind some of the most notable hatted and Michelin starred restaurants around the world, The Butcher’s Block Granville boasts an impressive lineup of feeds available from breakfast through to lunch, dinner and even dessert. Using a paddock to plate mantra as their backbone, visitors can expect everything from Eggs Benedict, Blueberry Pancakes, show-stopping burgers, Beef Tartar, nourishing salads and sides and of course, The Butcher’s Block finesse: steaks, ribs, roasts and everything in between.

But it doesn’t stop there.

To accompany your hearty meals, the Butcher’s Block Granville also shakes up a scrumptious range of signature and classic cocktails including crowd favourites such as the Butchers Mistress ($18), Blueberry Mojito ($20), Chocolatini ($18), Margarita ($18) and even Aperol Spritz ($16) which is the perfect concoction for the upcoming summer season.

If cocktails aren’t of interest, the Granville restaurant also has an impressive range of beer available by tap or bottled, wine by the bottle or glass, dessert liqueurs, a selection of spirits, juices and soft drinks.

Putting Granville on the map, managing directors of The Butcher’s Block Group say, “we hope to see incredible restaurants like our own, come to Granville, creating the atmosphere and vibes the community deserves.”

“The diverse locations have made people curious about our quality of food and service. Rest assured, The Butcher’s Block is like no other. With our incredible team, no matter which restaurant you dine at, our customers will receive this every time.”

Renowned for their two mantras: great quality food and impeccable service; The Butcher’s Block Granville serves up just that.
