Butter

What does fried chicken, hip hop, champagne and sneakers have in common? It’s Julian Cincotta – he’s the mastermind behind the hybrid Surry Hills based venue Butter. Dowsed in neon signs, Butter is home to artist appearances, the mesmerising smell of freshly made cinnamon doughnuts and, of course, the best burgers in Sydney. Although their burger menu isn’t as expansive as others, at Butter they’d rather focus on what they do well. For something truly delicious, melt your mouth into the Cheezus burger made with a fried chicken thigh and topped with honey mustard. Or, switch things up with the Fried Chicken & Donut, you won’t regret it.

Hailing from the heart of Petersham, Frango Charcoal Chicken was started by the Fernandes family who wanted to share delicious food with all of Sydney.
