Australia’s newest favourite brewery, Young Henrys, has collaborated with Burger Project to bring a beautiful limited-edition meal: A triple decker burger matched with a refreshing and bittersweet pale ale.

You’ve just finished work and you’re hungry. And after that hectic morning meeting, along with that rushed lunch break and equally rushed afternoon, you could do with a refreshing beer, too. Well, we’ve got you covered:

Meet the Barnyard Stack, Burger Project’s latest limited-edition burger, encompassing a grass-fed Cape Grim beef patty, a thick slice of free-range crumbed chicken, a generous portion of delicious smoky bacon, and a drizzle of Spicy Smokey BBQ Sauce. This protein triple-hit is sandwiched between a soft milk-bun, alongside fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, pickles, crunchy onions and cheese. And for a refreshing relaxant, you can get Young Henrys’ classic pale ale, the Newtowner, to match.

This beautiful collaboration comes with a well-valued price tag of $23.50, and runs until Thursday, May 31 – so get in quick!

“Our triple storey Barnyard Stack is the burger to beat all burgers, and with the addition of the Newtowner it’s a match made in burger heaven,” says Rockpool Dining Group Culinary Director, Neil Perry.

“Who can resist a burger and a beer?”

Limited-edition combo customers will receive an exclusive Burger Project t-shirt to herald their achievement (while stock lasts!), as well as going in the draw to win a fully catered house party for 10 lucky burger lovers. Winners can choose to host the party in their own home or at the trendy Young Henrys brewery in Newtown. There’s a prize to be given away at each of the 10 Burger Projects in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Burger Project is partnering up with local brewers to take its limited-edition burgers to a heroic level. Each new burger will be paired with a different craft beer to complement their unique flavours.
