Choose from Chandon and Chandon Rosé for $99, or for $129 you’ll be topped up with bottomless Veuve Clicquot and Veuve Clicquot Rosé. For those wanting to play it safe, you can simply order the food for $55 and pay for your drinks on consumption. Indulge in freshly shucked oysters; a truffle and mortadella toasty; prawn cocktail rolls; and the signature woodfired pig bun, then finish on a sweet note with chocolate and strawberry cupcakes and lemon meringue tarts. Better yet, there are DJ’s from 11am.
Forget that crazy working week with a Sunday bottomless brunch at the QT Bazaar on the Gold Coast. Between 11:30am-3:30pm, the QT Bazaar puts on an exclusive spread of lip-smacking canapes that either roam the room or are created live before your eyes at interactive stations. From crepes to flowing fondue and even breakfast pizzas. Be greeted with a complimentary NV Chandon Rosé and do consider upgrading your brunch to bottomless mimosas for an additional $25 per person. Fancy to start a little earlier on your tipples? Pour Boy in South Brisbane has you covered. Every weekend between 10am and 2pm, find yourself snacking through breakfast with either a bottomless mimosa or bloody mary in hand for only $45. You have five dining options to choose from, including a mixed mushrooms on toast; smoked salmon with poached egg and veggies; Croque Madame with leg ham, comte gruyere, fried egg, dijon mustard, truffle on sourdough; banana blueberry pancakes; and their PBB (bacon and egg) Burger with avocado, rocket, swiss, relish, smoky mayo. Yum!
Aviary Rooftop Bar
On Saturday, August 10 this year, Aviary Rooftop Bar will host a special bottomless brunch to whet your appetite. Customise your own spritz with a selection of 21 different Mount Tamborine Distillery liqueurs and fruity garnishes. The event will also include live acoustic music, free-flowing Prosecco, wines and beers, complemented by a delicious selection of brunch platters to keep you satiated. The Aviary Rooftop Bar is located at the dining and entertainment precinct, Southport Sharks, which in itself is a wonderful dining and imbibing destination.
Every weekend at Mr Hizolas becomes a little more delightful with their bottomless boozy lunches. Enjoy refilled St Germain Shaojin Spritzes with three Cantonese-inspired yum cha plates. While you pick at your food and swig at your beverage, immerse yourself in the vibrant dining room, which feels like a fancy back-alley restaurant on the outskirts of Hong Kong, including red bulbous lanterns that dangle from a leafy roof. From dumplings to wontons, you’ll be well-stuffed by the end of your bottomless brunch, and perhaps a little tipsy as well.
Darling and Co
Darling and Co are hosting Sparkling Springs every Sunday afternoon from 2pm, and while it’s not exactly brunchtime, it’s worthy to be on this list for something rather quirky: a prosecco and spritz fountain that you can use to refill that empty glass your holding. No having to wait in line at the bar! The grazing menu changes weekly, but if their restaurant menu is anything to go by, expect traditional Australian fare as well as a few specialities. Cross fingers for oysters and arancini!
Chow down on six courses of tasty Asian-inspired dishes matched with a bottomless supply of beer, bubbles and Thai basil caipiroska. That’s Ally Chow for you. Nestled in a shrouded nook near Nobby Beach on the Gold Coast, you can feast on mouth-watering dishes like freshly-shucked oysters that can be served naturally, smoked or with tempura; there’s also a special selection of bao buns, from pork belly to peanut butter tofu. Spend an upcoming Sunday tippling booze and nibbling on food at Beirne Lane’s Bottomless Brunch Club. Starting at 11:30 in the morning and going through to 3pm, revellers can drink themselves to that mellow state while filling up on all sorts of food, from fresh fruits and pastries to prosciutto breakfast tarts and even cured salmon on crostinis. The menu is subject to change, though. As for drinks, there’s the $49 package which gets you a glass of bubbles on arrival, $79 will get you prosecco and other wines, a selection of tap beers, Aperol Spritzes and Mimosas, while $109 will add spirit concoctions to your bottomless list.
Patina at Customs House
“S is for Sunday” is a weekly bottomless brunch event that takes over the visually-striking Patina Restaurant at Customs House. Satisfy your appetite with a four-course menu and add on the bottomless drinks package to make your Sunday morning a little more enlightening. The menu includes seasonal delights like a spanner crab omelette, sweet potato waffle with Korean fried chicken and kimchi, and buttermilk pancakes with brûléed banana, and this can be matched with a 2-hour bottomless supply of free-flowing Chandon S, Chandon Sparkling Brut Rosé, Chandon Bellinis, and Belvedere Bloody Marys.
