Belle’s Hot Chicken are bringing natural wine and bottomless brunch to Darling Square, and we couldn’t be more excited.

Belle’s Hot Chicken in Darling Square is the sixth national outpost of the Nashville-style hot chicken joint. The eatery has brought exciting new food and drink offerings, its own wine label and weekend bottomless brunch to the new inner-city destination.

The founder & head chef Morgan McGlone is excited to open a third Belles in Sydney after the success of the first two in Barangaroo & Tramsheds. Belles has worked with Sydney-based artist Henrietta Jackson to create an eye-catching & abstract mural in the restaurant alongside exposed brick & bar and booth seating, accommodating up to 82.

Darling Square has also been the first location to showcase their first collaborative wines, Little Darling, channeling their free-wheeling and local spirit approach to wining and dining. Belles has collaborated with winemakers Rob Burley at Unkel Wines and Barney Flanders at Côtier Wines to produce their own red and white blends entitled ‘Little Darling.’ Little Darling Red is a ‘party red’ featuring a blend of shiraz, malbec and vermentino, while the Little Darling White is a refreshing mix of organic sauvignon blanc and riesling.

To honour their opening at Darling Square, Belles has launched bottomless brunch across their Melbourne and Sydney locations, every weekend from 11.30am. The boozy brunch deal includes Belles’ southern-style chicken and waffles with bottomless Bloody Marys and Belles cocktail jugs, over a two-hour seating at $50 per person. The normal menu and sides will also be available throughout brunch.

Belles has collaborated with Sydney-based Westmont Pickles to create the perfect Bloody Mary base, combining pickle brine with freshly pressed tomato juice and a touch of cayenne pepper. “It’s saucy, spicy and exactly what I’d crave after a big night,” says McGlone.

The restaurant is located at 7 Steam Mill Lane in Haymarket in the brand new Darling Square, located just next to Darling Harbour. Belles is open 7 days a week from 11.30am – 11pm. If your craving for hot, nashville-style chicken is at it’s breaking point, swing by and give Belles Hot Chicken a try.
