This supersized late-night dessert bar will satisfy all of your sweet cravings.

An institution in Brighton Le Sands for over 25 years, the iconic Bay Vista has now officially opened in the heart Parramatta — and it’s triple the size of the original digs.

The new venue is spread across two levels, can sit over 300 people and has extended opening hours so you can cure your cravings until midnight.

Known for their extravagant desserts, over-generous servings and good-time atmosphere, Bay Vista at Parramatta will serve up the same famous pancakes fans have come to love, alongside waffles, sweet crepes and big-bowl-triple-scoop sundaes. On offer is also a decedent array of cakes, dessert jars, cheesecakes and tasting plates if you can’t quite decide on just one.

If you don’t fancy something sweet, there is also a hearty selection of savoury favourites including crepes, cheesy toasties and New York style melts.

Bay Vista boasts a proud family history stretching back to 1989 when founder Bill Mougios spotted a gap in the market for casual dining in the Brighton le Sands area. With inspiration taken from American diners and all-hours European eateries, Mougios wanted to create an all-inclusive cafe that was more fun than formal.
