Join passionate chef and restaurateur Guy Grossi, a dedicated LHW guide and an intimate group of no more than 20 like-minded travellers for a 10-day vacation exploring the history, culture and cuisine throughout Italy.
Guy Grossi is one of Australia’s most successful chefs and is the owner of Grossi Florentino, Merchant Osteria Veneta, Ombra Salumi Bar and Arlechin Food and Wine Bar. Combining his expertise and love for Italian food, producers and culture, Chef Grossi will host 7 incredible cooking and dining experiences during the trip, enhancing guest’s skills and knowledge with hands-on guidance.
As the journey unfolds, Chef Grossi will introduce guests to some of the country’s best artisans and producers, with a series of mini-tours and workshops – including sessions with Italy’s most famous butcher, a master of gelato and a traditional pasta maker.
Guests will dine in some of the world’s finest restaurants, many with coveted Michelin stars. One of the journey’s highlights will include dining experience under the direction of three-star Michelin Chef, Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana, currently ranked the world’s number two chef.
